Storage cabinets are quite handy when it comes to needing extra storage space. They can come in many forms such as for DVD storage or anything that could help you organize your things and help clear away clutter. There are storage units for hazardous materials as well. You can have them installed as wall fixtures or let them stand on their own so that they can be easily repositioned.
Dimensions. Cabinets come in a standard size which is typically 36"wide by 72" in height and 18" in depth. Various sizes that are larger and smaller can also be found depending on your needs. Depths will rarely go beyond 24" while widths usually top out at 48" however there are a few cabinet manufacturers that go up to 60" in width. If looking for a smaller cabinet you can find a variety at 42" or counter height size but going smaller than that will be difficult. Color. Depending on which storage cabinet manufacturer you choose cabinets now come in an array of colors. The old stand bys still exist like Black Grey and Tan with new colors recently added in like Red Navy Blue Green Multi Granite and even anti-microbial White.
