If you follow the instructions you can make tall bathroom storage cabinet on your own and that will not cost you much. To start with you will have to cut ¾ inches plywood which will be used as cabinet pieces. You will measure and mark the desired opening on any one side piece. After that you will have to create plunge cuts using the circular saw and create an opening.
Material of Cabinet. Storage Cabinets come in various materials with metal being the most popular due to its durability. When purchasing a metal cabinet make sure the gauge thickness is adequate remember that the lower the number is of the gauge the denser the metal. Typical office storage cabinets are 20 to 22 in gauge while industrial type storage cabinets that have higher load capacities have gauges of 12 to 16. A typical cabinet will have a door that is slighter lower in gauge than the overall body of the storage cabinet.
If you want to build doors you will have to cut two identical portions of plywood for making double doors which will be fitted at the face of the bathroom cabinet. You can trim the doors to make it matching with the rest of the things. Once the cabinet is ready give it a coat of paint and fit the cabinet at the desired place with the help of screws. You will really feel nice once your tall bathroom storage cabinet is ready for use.
In the next step you will have to use wood glue and finish nailed for assembling the top bottom and sides of the bathroom cabinet. You will have to lay down the structure on its face and then nail the panel back into place. You will have to use the glue and finish nailed for assembling the tiny box. After completion of this process you will need to fit the box in the opening made on the wall of the cabinet and make it safe and strong using glue and nails.
